		<description>Hi Beattie - for a low fat alternative to the filling (I will NOT compromise on the butter crust) - you can use the following filling.  Although, I will tell you that it tastes very good, it does not taste as heavenly as the full fat one.

Low fat quiche filling 
150 ml milk (approx 1/4 pint) 
2 eggs (I use 1 egg &#038; 1 egg
white)
 30 ml (1 heaping tablespoon) flour
A little salt and pepper to taste

1) Heat oven to 180 C (350 F). 
2) Fill quiche dough with your choice of veggies
2) Place fillings in dish &#038; sprinkle cheese over.
3) Place the above ingredients in bowl (in order they are given above)
&#038; beat really well to get rid of any lumps.
4) Pour mixture over fillings &#038; bake in oven until set (about 35 minutes)</description>

I saw your notice on the Modiin List, by the way I am Dalia &#38; Liora's mother,
and thought I would take a look at your quiche recipe.  It looks marvelleous, but alas here in the pensioner community of Netanya, all that cream etc. is not good for us!!  Have you a recipe for quiche that is good but not quite so much cholesteral.
