This blog used to be about Food, a passion of mine - but as I have been out of that industry for so many years, and I still have three years left on the IP and hosting registration for this site, I decided to use this space as my venting space.

People say I have Tourette’s syndrome, you know where you just randomly spurt crap out at any given moment, well that is an insult to all those who have Tourette’s.  I am opinionated and I can be vulgar at times - and while some people do not like me for that, I could not care less.

I will not limit my rants to any one specific topic, although as I am interested in government, politics and the future of the State of Israel - chances are most of my posts will be along these lines.  I used the word rant to describe my posts because well, that’s what they are - a middle aged man content with his life but pissed off at stupidity and unfairness and yelling randomly at what he considers to be wrong.  I was born on the Lower East SIde in New York City and always joked that the neighborhood had more people per square block who talked to themselves openly than any other neighborhood in the world - well, the internet and blogging in specific made that quite normal.
